AnanthKumar Pratishthana was set up in September 2019 by well-wishers and friends of Late Shri AnanthKumar to carry on his life’s mission of nation building and thus keeping his legacy and dreams alive.
Late Shri AnanthKumar, 6-time MP from Bengaluru South, former Cabinet Minister in Government of India and a true mass leader of India, came from a modest background but rose to the top echelons of governance in the nation thru sheer hard work, solid foundation of Indian value system and strength of conviction and personality. He was the embodiment of Vyaktitva, Kartrutva and Netrutva (Personality, work, leadership). He stood as a tall leader striving for his core beliefs of “Kayakave Kailasa” (Work is Worship), “Nation First” and “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” (The World is One Family) and dedicated himself towards the above.
Shri AnanthKumar was also of the firm belief that a Leader should think big and global but act local to care for the last person in the line, and he not only believed in these policies, but he also implemented them in every walk of his life. All his efforts were aimed at building a society reflecting all his beliefs. The AnanthKumar Pratishthana aims to continue that mission.
